Married to his wife Joni for over 15 years, Jerry and Joni Heiderscheit and their two girls have always had a heart for serving others. After taking a Perspectives class in 2011, their hearts were set on fire for missions. Jerry and Joni started RFTW in late 2019 and now serve Ripples full-time in Uganda.

Liz serves as the full-time US Admin overseeing the majority of the day-to-day operations and working tirelessly to ensure the organization is running smoothly.
Gabriel serves as a founding director of Ripples overseeing all of the marketing, branding, and web development.
